what a modern demon! i love it. the birthing professions seem like the perfect place for demons that feed off pain - you get the actual physical pain, plus the tasty, tasty emotional pain of women who wanted to give birth naturally but succumbed to the need for an epidural and hate themselves for it. and people are always having babies, so it's not like the demon is ever going to go hungry for long.
